I’m a long time dim sum-er and though not Chinese, I grew up outside of New York City, so I’ve been a Chinese food aficionado for years. This place is excellent. It has both traditional dim sum done beautifully and also some things that are unique, like the Shu Mai with truffle and roe. AMAZING!.
