The Ives is a modern grill room rooted in the architectural and cultural legacy of the storied Chicago Athletic Association, drawing its name from Henry Ives Cobb, the building’s original architect. Developed in collaboration with Chef Partner Chris Pandel and Boka Restaurant Group, it reflects a shared approach grounded in craftsmanship, simplicity, and a strong sense of place.The menu reinterprets classic American dining traditions through a contemporary lens, emphasizing seasonality, high-quality ingredients, and refined but straightforward technique. Service is central to the experience, with thoughtful tableside moments including carved prime rib, composed relishes, and desserts finished in front of the guest.
