Our dining experience at Mineral last evening was exceptional! The Tuesday Tasting menu allowed us to try Chef Daniel’s creations and as always, the team did not disappoint. It was delicious! I am always incredibly impressed with Mineral and shoutouts to Greg and Augustin for making us feel welcome and delivering outstanding service. The same goes to the entire staff. Thank you. I highly recommend Mineral to diners who want an exceptional and unique dining experience. Well done to all.

The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and definitely felt like a celebration of Filipino cuisine. We tried several dishes, including the Filipino-style spaghetti, crispy fried chicken, longganisa, and silog with eggs and rice. Everything was satisfying, but the spaghetti really stood out with its rich, savory-sweet sauce and generous toppings. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, while the longganisa had that delicious sweet and savory Filipino flavor. I also loved the restaurant’s interior. The green tiled walls, warm wood accents, and open kitchen give the place a relaxed and welcoming vibe. The Michelin Guide recognition displayed at the restaurant was a nice touch and added to the excitement of dining here. Overall, BB’s Dinner is a must-try for anyone who loves Filipino food or wants to experience Filipino flavors in a fun, modern setting. Great experience. Had a combination of Kamaya and Supersilog for 5 people. Everything was delicious. Boodle Fights are fun!
