Echo Lake is a rum bar and restaurant with a patio from partners Chloe Frechette and Paul McGee. The Williamsburg destination marks the evolution of McGee's beloved Chicago bar Lost Lake, a World's 50 Best Bar and one of the most celebrated tropical bars in the country. At its core, Echo Lake is a celebration of rum in all its styles, showcased through rum-focused cocktails and a selection of house-made rhum arrangé, agricole rhum infused with fruits and spices in the tradition of the French Caribbean. Highlights from the bar include the Daily Daiquiri (always $12) and the Freezer Ti Punch, Echo Lake's take on the freezer Martini by way of Martinique.
