Around it the kitchen runs the coast from escargots in garlic butter to Daube de Provence and a Grand Marnier soufflé, with a champagne list and a Caviar Martini to open the night. By day the Express Lunch is a 2 or 3 course prix fixe, Tuesday through Friday, quick enough for a workday, with Golden Hour drinks through the afternoon.The room slows down after dark, which is why it fills with anniversaries and birthdays, and a dedicated private room takes client dinners, receptions, and the parties that outgrow a table.
