Von Küchenchef Tim Goodell des Domaine Restaurants stammt die Public Kitchen & Bar im historischen Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, wo sie eine Speisekarte mit vielseitiger amerikanischer Küche antreffen. Der im Hollywood-Stil neu-interpretierte alte Speisesaal in dem auffallenden Hotel bietet Reisenden und Einheimischen gleichermaßen eine beeindruckende Kulisse, die an ein stilvolles und einladendes Privathaus erinnert. Ein loftartiges Design bietet einen helleren Raum mit Akzenten von schwarzen Walnuss-Metzgerblöcken, neu gestalteten Bibliothekstühlen aus den 1960er und vornehmen Sofas. Named after Fanny Brice—the legendary movie, vaudeville, theater, and radio star portrayed by Barbra Streisand in her Oscar®-winning role in Funny Girl (1968)—the striking two-story, 10,000-square-foot space, conceptualized by the late architect Osvaldo Maiozzi, features a chef-designed open kitchen, elegant bar, and captain-based service style that nods to a bygone era, and offers diners cuisine by Chef Jun Bum Oh, with the support of Chef Eric Klein, SVP Culinary for Wolfgang Puck Catering. The restaurant is supported by Wendy Stark Morrissey, Brice’s granddaughter.

    This place is amazing. If you love, good food and good live music you’re in the right spot. The talent is off the wall. The waiters knocked it out of the park with songs like careless whisper, and even a gentleman singing a Whitney Houston song. If you want to impress someone bring them here.
