Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

    This was an amazing dining experience. Everything, from the top notch sake to the carefully prepared food was outstanding. Every dish was perfection. This restaurant is an absolute gem.

    Excelente ambiente, muy ordenado y limpio, desde las mesas hasta el baño. La atención de Edgardo insuperable. La comida excelente. Lo recomiendo mucho. Tuvieron problemas con la línea para cobrar con la tarjeta y debimos esperar unos 30 minutos a que se resolviera. Por la espera nos dieron tragos de cortesía en “The Eye” (otro restaurante cercano) también espectacular ambiente y atención. El 20% de tip está incluido. De igual manera les dimos un 20% adicional por la excelente experiencia!!!

    i love norigami!!! definitely one of my favorite restaurants & the only restaurant i go to when i want omakase. the staff is great; austin & philip always take well care of us. always a great time & i always look forward to coming back!
