I have traveled a lot and eaten at many Lebanese restaurants but the quality of food at this restaurant was the best ..such a hidden gem. The flavours that were used in most dishes were so authentic and delicious, also the value for money was great.

A lovely evening. Very interesting and enjoyable food and fascinating wine list. The Bekka Valley wine list is extensive. They tell me Chateau Musar wines may soon be on the list. The service was wonderful. Next trip to Melbourne we will be back.

I booked this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday and was the first time for my family and I (9 of us) dinning at Mosaic. One of the first thing that stood out for me was when the owner came to our table to greet and welcome us. We decided to go with banquet option and without exaggeration, every single dish was just amazingly delicious. Service was great, staff were friendly, attentive and responsive. I must thank Bella specifically for her amazing service and patience. The whole experience was fantastic for us (10 out of 10). Next time we will bring our friends too. Thank you once again for making our night extra special.
