Our server was engaging and knowledgeable. Food was terrific. Had a spicy margarita which was fantastic. Perfect dinner and experience.

great food and great service. We were early by an hour for our reservation, and were taken care of with no problem, and no waiting. Definitely one of my favorite places to go!

The outdoor seating area is very nice, although those little table "fans" could help keep the flies away. They were a little bit pesky. But the food, wine, and service were great!

Ever since some friends invited me to lunch here soon after it opened this has been my go to place to bring good friends or to host gatherings of friends. My most recent visit on Sunday 23 August was to take a neighbor to lunch to celebrate her recovery from a number of recent health challenges. She loved it and immediately said she would be coming back when her son visits in a few weeks. I have brought a number of friends here and they have told me they have come back on their own and brought their friends to introduce them to the great cuisine, friendly wait staff, wonderful ambiance and reasonable prices. Friends who enjoy lamb and tell me they find it difficult to find properly prepared and reasonably priced rave about the lamb at Leila International Cuisine. In October 2025 I hosted a group of 10 people here who were in town for our 50th High School Reunion. They all enjoyed their meal and remarked they wish they had a restaurant like Leila back where they lived in Vienna, Virginia, Wilmington, North Carolina, Fredericksburg, Virginia and Richmond, Virginia. I brought a group totaling 12 people from Church here in May 2025 and all of them loved their meals in all have returned on their own for subsequent visits. We are making plans at the Apartment Building I live at in Ocean View to bring a group there for Brunch on Sunday. I have taken it on as a personal crusade to get as many people as possible to come with me to eat at Leila International Cuisine because of the people that work there being so friendly and are truly happy to see me and welcome me back by name. Great restaurants like this need to be celebrated and championed.
