The Garrison is a locally owned Oyster House specializing in Champagne & Chartreuse. The restaurant is focused on tidal and coastal cuisine. Fresh meats, seafood, and shellfish will be sourced from sustainable practices. Farm fresh vegetables will arrive daily from the great Pacific Northwest and beyond.Indoor reservations are released on the 15th of each month for the entirety of the following month. For example: reservations for all of November would be released on October 15th around 3pm PST. Patio tables are first come first served.We accept reservations of up to 14 guests for a la carte dining. Groups of 5 or more guests will incur a $5 per person booking deposit at time of reservation. Allotted Dinner Dining Time Guidelines:2 Guests ~ 2:003-4 Guests ~ 2:155-6 Guests ~ 2:307 to 12 Guests ~ 3:00If you feel you would need more time to dine at The Garrison.
