Located at Harvest near The SOMM Hotel, Brass pairs Prime steaks and fresh seafood with a global wine list, craft cocktails, and deeply personal hospitality. The menu takes a modern approach to the classic steakhouse, with signature offerings such as Prime steaks finished in bone-marrow-infused tallow, raw and chilled seafood, caviar, and a dedicated martini program.
