Thankyou for placing us at a table for two, adjacent to the outdoor patio. That made it possible to have a private conversation while mitigating the extreme noise level. Fortunately, we did not have to shout at each other. Our server, Taylor, was outstanding. If I reserve ahead of time again, then I hope to be placed in the same area of the pub. Overall staff demeanour and comportment was excellent. I noticed that some who had no reservations were jumping the queue just inside the main entrance. Better control separating those with a reservation from the queue jumpers should be implemented. I suggest staff screening them BEFORE they may be permitted to enter the pub. One person at the front cannot be expected to effeciently fulfill that task. She kept her composure but it was clear she was somewhat overwhelmed when the crowd surged at peak meal time.

Our server, the food and the drinks were incredible. It was a first visit for us, we’ll definitely be back!

Bar Wellington (our local watering hole) never disappoints. The staff, hands down, is the reason we keep coming back. Give it a try if it’s been awhile. New ownership 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Super friendly staff. The Smoked gouda bacon cheeseburger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. Highly recommend this establishment. 10/10
