We've also got our hands on the precious black pearls of Veneto, otherwise known as Transmontanus caviar, to be enjoyed on our outrageous pizzas.In the kitchen, Chef Michele and his squadra enjoy creating unique dishes, such as the Lobster and Seafood Risotto or the Gran Cotoletta alla Milanese, delicately breaded and cooked with love.And for dessert?
