At Enter Via Laundry, we’re passionate about exploring the diverse culinary landscape of India. Every few months, our travels and research lead us to a new region, where we discover hyper-regional cuisine to inspire our menu.We’re proud to have previously showcased the regional cuisines of Goa, Kerala, Kashmir, Bengal, Gujarat, Parsi and Mughlai on our rotating menus.Currently cooking - RAJASTHANI MENUJoin us as we explore this diverse region and specialised dishes from its famous cities. We visit streets of Jodhpur for dishes like Palak Patta Chat, royal kitchens of Jaipur & Udaipur for Safed and Laal Maans to deserts of Jaisalmer for Bati and jungles of Ranthambore for Junglee Maans.This menu is inspired by Helly Raichura’s extensive travels throughout Rajasthan. Having visited since childhood, Helly has developed a deep appreciation for the local cuisine, which now shines through in her menu. Rajasthan holds a special place in her heart, filled with cherished memories.
