Das Aventura ist ein neues und einzigartiges Restaurant in der Innenstadt von Ann Arbor, das Ihnen einen eleganten und stilvollen Ansatz traditioneller spanischer Tapas zusammen mit einer authentischen und einmaligen Gastfreundschaft bietet. Die Kellner führen Sie auf eine kulinarische Reise durch das Menü. Beginnend mit baskischen Pintxos (kleine, schmackhafte Häppchen am Spieß) und Cocas (köstliche, verschiedene Fladenbrote) geht es weiter im Menü mit mehr als fünfundzwanzig, handgefertigten Tapas und mehreren traditionellen Paellas. Im Aventura erwarten Sie regionale Produkte, Meeresfrüchte und Schweinefleisch (darunter gebratenes Spanferkel). Das Erlebnis wird durch den Service unserer trendigen und ansprechenden Bar ergänzt, zu deren Angebot handgefertigte Cocktails, hausgemachte Magenbitter, Tonic, Säfte, Sirupe und natürlich Sangria gehört. Die umfangreiche Weinkarte umfasst zudem mehr als fünfzig Flaschen an spanischem Wein. Im Aventura lernen wir stetig dazu, wachsen und bereichern unsere Gemeinschaft. The Ebenezer is downtown Plymouth’s first and only speakeasy, and one of the few in the Metro Detroit area. Hidden in plain view off Fleet Street and nestled in the basement of the former First National Bank of Plymouth (now occupied by The Ledger), its moniker comes from Ebenezer J. Penniman, the first to be appointed president of the bank in 1871. While the tellers, loan officers, and deposit slips are long gone, the former vault still exists as the bar’s private tasting room, equipped with lockers for members and an ambiance reminiscent of the roaring 1920’s mixed in and elegantly spun with today’s vibe that can be felt throughout the entire space. The Ebenezer encompasses over 4,000 square feet with a capacity of 127 serving craft cocktails, wine, craft beer and a small menu of shareable plates.
