Food was excellent - good buzz in the restaurant at lunchtime - wine was sensibly priced - when busy it gets quite noisy and echoes which makes it harder to hear people talking at the table but generally an excellent experience

The best thing about Vavi was the level of service - very responsive to an issue we had with one of the dishes, friendly, made us feel very welcome. The most disappointing bit was that several dishes on the menu were not available (chorizo in a tapas bar?) apparently due to imminent menu changes. The dishes we did have were good, particularly the tempura vegetables.
