After spending 1 1/2 years there he moved to the west coast to work at the renowned SingleThread Farm and restaurant for 2 years as Sous Chef.Katrina Schult, Owner and GM of Hamdi restaurant comes from Lake George, NY. After school she took a job at the most well known 3 Michelin star restaurant on the west coast The French Laundry in Napa California for 3 years.
