Here at Nuba, we offer authentic, healthy Mediterranean & Lebanese cuisine in harmony and rhythm with modern times. We seek out the freshest ingredients—organic and local when available—and handpick them daily. A large portion of our menu is vegan and gluten free. All meats are halal, non-medicated, and hormone free. Our original recipes have been passed down through several generations, and sincerely nurtured. While the cornerstones of the menu remain unchanged for over a century, many recipes have evolved through time and travel into a beautiful balance of traditional and contemporary cuisine. Nuba Underground, the original Nuba restaurant, was inspired by an independent and modern Beirut during the 1940s. At Nuba in Gastown we offer the same menu at lunch that made us famous for fresh and flavourful food. After 5 p.m. the lights dim and Nuba’s nightly adventures begin with an evening menu that captures the traditional Lebanese style of sharing with new and innovative dishes.

    Food was amazing and so was the service. First time there and will definitely return. You could tell the cook(s) cared about the quality of the food they made,,, cooking, presentation, freshness it was all excellent. The drinks were also top level. Prices very reasonable too. Can’t wait to return to try all the different dishes. 10/10

    We haven’t been back for a while and therefore, we have a craving for Indian foods but do not want to go to restaurant and to decide what to order. Instead, we came here for buffet. With the food is consistently good. Attentive service. We had a great dinning experience.

    Excellent airport dining option near gate E 80 at YVR. Asian rice bowl was delicious, big portion, well seasoned. The chicken BLT was great too. One person didn’t love their burger. Local beers on tap are a nice touch. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices are airport expected.
