sova is a restaurant in Notting Hill, just off Portobello Road, bringing together Slavic-inspired food, wines from Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans, and a love of music.The menu is built around sharing, with small and larger plates designed to order across the table. The wine list travels through Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Serbia, Slovenia and beyond, with indigenous grapes, low-intervention producers and many unique bottles you’re unlikely to find on every London wine list.Music is part of the atmosphere, with vinyl, guest DJs and open decks throughout the week. We also host weekly wine flights, exploring three wines from a different country alongside something to eat, as well as regular collaborations and wine evenings.In the summer months, sova also has a small street-side terrace.
