Really lovely welcome from the Manager - we had a bit of a problem with our friends not arriving until very late and he accommodated us even though the restaurant was getting really busy. Lovely short menu and good wine list. Everything we ate was very good - standout dishes were the crab cakes, pork belly skewers and the stuffed chicken wings. Sauce on the scallops was delicious but the scallops weren't very fresh. The fish main was excellent.

This is definitely a local gem. Food & service exceptional. Would benefit from some improved lighting as difficult to read the menus at some tables. Overall excellent value

Wonderful venue. Lovely staff, interesting wine and drinks, good food, excellent atmosphere. One of my favourite places in Sydney.

Unique and intimate experience, waited on personally by Chef Max. The food was exceptional, not since Scott St Cafe / Restaurant II have I felt the style & quality was of the highest level. Max obviously knows his wines, as his recommendations were spot on. A small, curated menu, to my preference, and I look forward to returning with like-minded friends who I hope will also enjoy this restaurant.
