Das Boca Chica Mexican Restaurant serviert seit 1964 die gut gewürzte, authentische mexikanische Küche. In dieser Zeit öffneten Guillermo und Gloria Frias die Türen zu ihrem neuen Restaurant, mit Plätzen für nur 28 Gäste. Heute ist das Boca Chica erheblich gewachsen und wird als "one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Twin Cities" in dem Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine mit der Ausgabe März 2009 genannt. Die Echtheit der Speisen wird hauptsächlich dadurch gewährleistet, dass alles von Grund auf neu zubereitet wird, auf die altmodische Art und Weise, mit frischen Zutaten. Auch die feurige Salsa wird immer noch mit frischen Tomaten, Chilis und diesem speziellen Touch der Familie Frias gemacht. Unsere Speisekarte enthält einige der eher traditionellen Speisen wie Guisados, Sopes, Carne Asada, Chile Rellenos und Tamales. Geschmack ist nie ein Kompromiss. Wir verfügen auch über eine Bar mit Schanklizenz die über die beste Auswahl der Stadt an mexikanischen Bieren und erstklassigen Tequilas verfügt. Das Restaurant wurde vom City Pages mit der Bewertung "Best Margarita" ausgezeichnet.

The Lexington is more than a restaurant, it’s an institution. Located on the corner of Lexington Parkway and Grand Avenue, this St. Paul community was the most fashionable at the turn of the 19th century. The St. Paul elite lived just blocks away and the first electric trolley brought visitors up and down Grand Avenue. The Lexington opened in 1935, after the end of prohibition, and was a popular neighborhood bar to gather and socialize. Previously operating as a speakeasy, the expansive wood panels were perfect for hiding a little booze and one can only imagine the shenanigans going on beyond the hidden staircase behind the coat check. For decades following, The Lex, as it’s called by locals and enthusiasts alike, was the place to be seen; business dealings, cocktail hours, and milestone celebrations were a regular occurrence for St. Paul socialites.

Providing a sophisticated twist on the classic neighborhood tavern, Red Cow celebrates finely crafted eats and drinks with a focus on gourmet burgers, craft beers, and fine wine.

The best way to join us at Red Cow is to walk in. During dinner hours, the entire restaurant is reserved for walk-ins. We do offer scheduled reservations for lunch and brunch, though they’re never required. For parties over 6 guests please call the restaurant to make a reservations. We have limited space for large parties. Multiple reservations for smaller groups may need to be seated at separate tables to accommodate them.

In every city, there is a natural gathering spot for city folk and neighborhood people in the know. This place in Saint Paul is know as Bennett's Chop & Railhouse. Located on West Seventh & Victoria, it is the perfect meeting place of uptown and downtown, of quiet neighborhood and big city lights.

It's called a chophouse because it specializes in a casual steakhouse atmosphere with top-of-the-line cuts of the finest meats. It is a Rail-house because it is on the old railroad line serving the city and rail drinks (as well as top brands) are served in the convivial atmosphere of the horseshoe bar.
