Als das Movida im Jahr 2003 eröffnete, wusste niemand, was man von dieser kleinen Bar in einer mit Graffiti besprühten Pflasterstraße halten sollte, die spanische Tapas und Platten für mehrere Personen in einem schwach beleuchteten Raum mit flippiger Musik serviert. Nach zehn Jahren läuft das ursprüngliche Restaurant ist immer noch gut und hat bereits in Melbourne und Sydney weitere eröffnete. Es ist die Art von Ort, an dem man an der Bar ein Bier und Schinkenkroketten genießt, um dann später an einem Tisch sitzend sich eine Platte mit geschmortem Lamm und einigen Patatas a lo pobre mit anderen zu teilen.
