Her food, humble in origin but bold in flavour, moved Bourdain and went on to capture hearts across the globe.In 2020, we partnered with Mrs. Thanh to bring her vision of sharing Vietnamese cuisine with the world to life, beginning in Vancouver. The Lunch Lady Vancouver quickly became a beloved fixture, earning three consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand distinctions.Now, in Toronto, we carry her legacy forward.
