    Anniversary lunch. Fishcake, chicken Milanese, teriyaki salmon and burgers were ordered along with some sides. All served piping hot and plentiful portions. Drinks were good and wine was left next to our table. Servers were very attentive and a special pudding was provided to celebrate our anniversary. Lovely atmosphere as we sat in the area facing the park which wasn’t as busy and loud.

    Always love a visit to Roe. The hen of the woods burger is gorgeous and the wine was served beautifully chilled.

    Had an excellent brunch at The Grind on the weekend. While the food was delicious, it was the service and high energy of the waiters that really blew us away. Sometimes a little goes really far and when your waiter has a sense of humour and really attentive (we were a table of 11) it makes all the difference. Great ambience too in the conservatory, proper vibes-ey. Definitely coming back.
