Die besten Restaurants mit Comfort Food in Idaho Springs

Have always loved Bistro North restaurant in Dillon. We visit Dillon few times a year and each time we are there, we always make a point to dine there. Our favorite is the Scottish Salmon. We always request for our favorite server Dalton. Highly recommend Bistro North, great food, great ambiance and we love our server!

Our second visit to this great gem. We were welcomed back like regulars.The chef stopped by asking about our meal. I started with the escargot cassoulet which was absolutely delicious. I once again had the Magret de canard which was perfectly cooked. My husband started with the seared Fois gras which was paired with grilled peaches-amazing. The dessert board looked very enticing however, as both of us were unable to finish our entrées, we took a pass. Thanks to all for a lovely dinner.

Such a beautiful upscale modern space they added to Keystone. Head and shoulders above everything in River Run Village. If you are ready for something above casual dining - get to Lula's!

Five stars! We sat on the nicely covered outdoor patio, which was wonderfully quiet and featured a cozy fireplace alongside a beautiful view of both the ski hill and main street. ​I ordered the Mahi Tacos with gluten-free corn tortillas, and they were incredible. The tortillas were perfectly crispy yet still flexible enough that they didn't break at all while eating—a rare find for gluten-free options! Everything was delicious, and the warm, relaxed atmosphere made for an exceptional meal. We will definitely be back!

Dined here with three friends and honestly had one of the better meals I’ve ever had in the mountains during my 15 years in Colorado. Started with a glass of resonance Chardonnay and had the cherry hamachi crudo, bitter greens salad, and the tomato melon salad, all of which were excellent. We ordered three salads because the greens with radicchio and green goddess dressing were so good. I had tomato and lemon ricotta ravioli for an entree but the table got a mix of entrees and every one of them was excellent. Great vibes and highly recommend.
