This was the fourth time my wife and I had been to Robert's Scratch Kitchen and the second time with these friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food as well as the service. Apps: burrata special and orange salad special Entrees: blackened salmon (2) , branzino, Orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe Desserts: apple cake special and coconut cake We love this intimate, BYOB restaurant and is one of a few that we have in rotation.

I have visited many Ruth’s Chris locations over the years, but the Short Hills Mall location has by far provided my best experience. Yesterday’s visit was especially memorable. Not only did the manager take the time to come over and introduce herself, but the general manager did as well. Both were incredibly professional, courteous, and welcoming. Their personal attention truly stood out and set the tone for an exceptional experience. The service at the bar was equally impressive. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. From beginning to end, the entire experience was outstanding. As a business owner myself, I am constantly encouraging and training my team to pursue excellence in how we serve people. Yesterday, I experienced that same level of excellence firsthand at Ruth’s Chris Short Hills. Great service starts with great leadership, and it was evident throughout the entire team.
