Open Tuesday to Sunday with food served all day from noon.We now have 3 Giant heated Tipis, they provide lots of fresh air and a lovely open environment, they are also heated.Formerly an 18th Century farmhouse boasting exposed beams, oak floors, exposed brickwork and oak tables. This leads to a very relaxed and cosy atmosphere with candle lit tables and real flame stoves.The cuisine is typically modern European, classically cooked using cornerstones such as stock pots to create their sauces with a brigade that has a passion for what they do. Always a great roast here! Only negative was that asked for side dish to eat while we wait and all came together with main. Waitress however we had was really lovely and she did offer to take it away but was fine. That’s the only thing I would say which is not reflective of the experience as a whole as I always love coming to this place!! Food delicious!!!! Thank you all again! Keep up the great work!! And see you again.

First time at the Darnley Arms and won’t be the last. Food was superb, excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, friendly customers and our dogs were relaxed and happy while we were there - which says everything :)
