Taking cues from Italy’s storied south, with its famed coasts and islands, rich history, and relaxed lifestyle, Elio Volpe celebrates the best ingredients from the Pacific Northwest as inspired by il Mezzogiorno — the ancient seafaring term for the wind from the south, now colloquially used to describe that part of the country. Above all else, Elio, like its cousin Savio Volpe, celebrates liveliness, warmth and hospitality. Viva la convivialità!Reservations are available for dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm every night, and for brunch on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays from 10 am to 1:30 pm. Giusti sits just off Main in Mount Pleasant’s historic Ashnola Building, where tall windows and old chandeliers throw a candlelit glow across the room. It’s cozy but alive. The menu starts with what’s fresh, folding in Italian cheeses, vinegars, and salumi that let local vegetables shine. Every pasta is hand-rolled, often egg-fortified. Please note we are unable to offer gluten free pasta. We look forward to hosting you in our Main Dining Room, Galleria or Bar Area. The Galleria is our second floor, more intimate space which overlooks the main dining room. The Bar area tables are located in the window, close to the entrance. Reservations are available for dinner from 5 pm to 945 pm every night. Unrestricted street parking is limited so we recommend giving yourself some extra time to find a spot or use a ride share or taxi.

    From a friendly greeting to the best service by Steve, and of course the yummiest food - it was a great time. We love the arancini and the burrata. The food came ridiculously fast. The wine suggestions were perfect. Steve our server is the best, he always makes the experience warm and friendly. We will be back, it’s our favourite place for date night.

    Had the happy hour Rose wine which was delicious and good value. Had 2 pasta dishes. Very tasty. Service was attentive. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

    Absolutely enjoyed every dish. We had the chicory salad, the Pappardelle with tomato braised pork cheek ragu and the Cacio e Pepe. All sublime. Service was attentive and helpful. We will be back!
