Das von der Shimoda Design Group und Harwood Design Team in LA gestaltete Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar ist das neueste Restaurant-Konzept mit der größten Gartenterrasse in Dallas. Direkt neben dem Saint Ann Court gelegen, wurde diese historische St. Anna-Schule erhalten und von Harwood International in ein Restaurant und eine Bar umgewandelt. Der Garten und Kunstwerke umgeben das Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist zum Mittagessen, Abendessen, Brunch und für Getränke am Abend geöffnet. Ursprünglich wurde das Gebäude 1927 als erste Schule für hispanische Kinder in Dallas errichtet. Neben der ursprünglichen Struktur hat Harwood International das Wandbild "Unsere Liebe Frau von Guadalupe" erhalten und dient als Anlaufstelle in den Gärten. In der ersten Etage des zweistöckigen roten Backsteingebäudes befindet sich das Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar und auf der zweiten Etage liegt das Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum mit der Samurai-Sammlung. Aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen können die Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse nicht reserviert werden und werden je nach Auslastung und Gruppengröße belegt.
