Great staff that are welcoming. Had a nice waiter and enjoyed the Caesar salad and clam chowder. Absolutely delicious!

We had a large group and the restaurant allowed us to move our reservation earlier on short notice. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was super nice and attentive. 12 people in the group and all 12 people loved their food. The short rib lasagna was delicious. Will be back the next time we are in Chicago.

Party of 3 all had the filet dinner. Excellent value for the money. One in our party suggested vegetables be cooked a little more. Would highly recommend this entree.

Quick apps and drinks before a show. Hadn't bene but enjoyed ourselves. Hadn't expected much from the food and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it was!

What a wonderful, surprise! We had gone to the theater for our anniversary, and needed a place close by to dine that was available for seating at 10:00. State and Lake came up in our search, menu looked good, and we'd have a enough time to dine before they would close. From the moment we entered, we were treated like we were their most important guests! If I could give 10 stars for our server, Troy, I would! He made the experience - he was informative, personable, professional and just a pleasure to deal with throughout! Kudos for not rushing us, and in fact telling us to take our time and enjoy the experience. An all around great evening!
