Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, students practice delivering fine-dining food & develop their skills in an operational environment. As we are a licensed venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served on alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal; we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take online reservations via OpenTable. For enquiries, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au.     Absolutely loved the experience. Went there for our anniversary and they took care of us. Food came out very quickly drinks were served right after we ordered them, the atmosphere and aesthetic of the place was very romantic and warm. Will definitely be going back

    Exceptional service, delicious food, smooth wine and great desert. Simply outstanding experience and evening shared with my wife. The Pony’s reputation is well deserved and an evening of fine service and food that will exceed expectations.

    Incredible food and ambience, and the staff are very friendly and provide fast service. The oysters and wagyu chuck tail flap were definitely standouts! Great for date nights or occasions, but definitely book ahead of time as they get very busy.
