The Grant House is a historic house in a park like setting overlooking Fort Vancouver. It has been home to a restaurant for over 20 years and is currently home to Willful Wine. Founded in 2000, owner/winemaker Pam Walden currently produces around 6000 cases annually of crisp whites and Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley and bold reds from Walla Walla.Our restaurant offers our hand crafted wines by the flight, glass or bottle as well as a full bar and full food menu that is offered from open to close. Seasonal, chef-inspired dinner entrees are offered from 4.30pm daily courtesy of Executive Chef Ray Leferink.We have live music in the bar every Wednesday and Saturday from 5pm to 7pm and monthly jazz concerts and other special events. Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. Nico Bakh is partial to a homey dish called lobio, a bean stew served in an imported Georgian pot, complete with a side of fermented vegetables and a Georgian cornbread called mchadi.
