Rustica offers guests rustic European cuisine. This restaurant prides itself on its fantastic relationships with local farmers and vendors. Whenever possible, the Rustica kitchen staff utilizes items that are locally grown or made to create unique and flavorful dishes. Rustica features dishes that have been inspired from countries across Europe such as Spain, Italy and France among many others. Rustica's entrées are divided between two sections: the first features pasta and grain dishes while the second is more traditional dinner plates. Under the pasta section Rustica serves up house-made ricotta gnocchi with seasonal toppings as well as a seafood spaghetti with shrimp, mussels, scallops, and spicy crumbs in an amatriciana sauce. Larger plates include grilled flank steak, New Zealand lamb shank, and airline chicken breast with sauteed spianch and creamy smashed potatoes.

    B+B served us an outstanding dinner! It was our Anniversary & all the extra touches made for a memorable & special night. Our server, Kenzie, was knowledgeable, kind, personable, and just overall really great at her job. My favorites of the night were the mushroom arancini, the petal + paloma cocktail, the table side bread, and the creme brulee - but everything was delicious. To be honest, I was a little nervous when I walked in & there was a band because I find that a band can be pretty overwhelming when trying to enjoy a nice dinner BUT the band was spot on!! They only enhanced the night! First of all, the song selection was great, they were great, and the volume was perfect - not overbearing at all - you could have a conversation easily AND enjoy them. Overall a great experience - you can really tell that their management is hands on because the managers are constantly on the floor, checking on tables, and engaging.
