Quiet dining area in the centre of the hotel. We chose the set menu and it was very good value with lovely food. Happy hour between 5-7pm meant our glasses of wine were good value as well. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend - we'll definitely return.

Our last night dinner in Canberra was a standout after a number of excellent dinners in the city. Our waiter, Sam provided some great recommendations and the mussels were terrific. Duck and wagyu to follow definitely met the brief. Look forward to returning to Flui!

Delicious food, beautifully presented, and really appreciate that everything is gluten free. Steak cooked perfectly. Sad to miss the tiramisu but the sticky chai apple dessert more than made up for it, what a winner. The menu font is tiny but I understand that's about to change. Highly recommend.
