Sehr schönes Lokal mit super Ambiente und super Service. Wir haben die Platte für 4 Personen bestellt. Es war lecker, aber eher etwas für Masse. Der NY Steak war etwas zu viel durch. Der Wedge Salat war absolut der Hammer. Ansonsten hat auch alles super geschmeckt.

Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating.     Amazing A++++++. Small wine list but very intentional. Asian Fusion. We went with tasting menu. Standouts were wonton in brodo and the crab cavatellis. Inventive but not so creative where you couldn’t understand. Amazing on all fronts.

    We enjoyed our evening and the food was delicious. I always order the trout and it was freshly made and hot. They allow for substitutions on the sides which is very nice. The waiter was pleasant and helpful. The salad was also delicious. Great healthy meal.

    From our host, Mr. Host, to the chef and his team, this place is spectacular! The courses each had a distinct flavor and taste. They accommodated dietary restrictions without hesitation. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a true omakase experience!

    We had a wonderful experience at Francesco. We chose the Miami Spice Menu and it was so delicious . Our waiter Ivan was the best of the best. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I can highly recommend!
