Koch Harvey bezieht seine Produkte von örtlichen Bauernhöfen und Farmen, sodass die Produkte frei von Hormonen und Chemikalien sind und es sich nur um natürliche Zutaten für sein Menü handelt. Die Speisen werden vom preisgekrönten Weinkeller ergänzt und in einer eleganten Umgebung im Landhausstil mit dicken Steinmauern und hohen Holzbalkendecken serviert.
