totally great experience .Unptretentious staff ,first class food ,and a view beyond compare .Pretty good then I would say!

My dad and I came in for dinner before the annual Elvis in the plaza show, the margarita was delicious and refreshing, and the music was a good mix at the right level to chat. I had a Reuben which was delicious, fries, and a side of the best gravy I’ve had in a long time. My dad had a burger with bacon and fries - he said it was great and he’s a burger connoisseur! Our service by Nick was fantastic and the girls at the front were friendly and attentive as our reservation was for a high top table (only option on Open Table) she said do you still want a high top I said no so they accommodated us. *booking issue so if you want a different table call them or ask when you arrive. I also want to mention my dad had fish and chips last time he was in, and although he is a monthly regular at C-Lovers, he considered ordering them again so that’s quite a compliment.

This is a hidden gem in the Fraser Valley. I brought my daughters to this restaurant and we all ordered the 5 course chef’s menu. We were feeling adventurous and so did not ask for menu details…it was an absolute delight. Everything was so beautifully presented and each course incorporated locally grown or foraged ingredients. Even the cucumber salad starter was different in that the garden fresh cucumbers were roughly cut full of fresh herbs and incorporated a beautiful pickled rhubarb from the chef’s preserves pantry. Next was a delicious smoky and slightly spicy pork cheeks plate one of my daughters favourite dishes. A lingcod dish was next, perfectly cooked and presented alongside a rich green pea purée. The next dish was a tender and savory duck breast. All dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The final course was a ‘simple’ rich green tea panacotta garnished with crunchy white chocolate crumbs and macerated raspberries. The flavour was so memorable. This was a well prepared, elevated meal served by attentive, friendly, knowledgeable staff. We all left very full and so impressed. At $89 for this 5 course gourmet meal I would say that this was a great bargain however there were many other wonderful menu choices that would have been very satisfying at half (or less) I would highly recommend dining at the Sunflower Lodge, it will definitely impress. Good job team!!

Fabulous meal!!! This was my third time here and it keeps getting better. A bit spendy, but that's to be expected nowadays.
