Uncle is Denver's premier ramen shop. Based on authenticity, but not bound by it, the West Wash Park location is a larger, airy space than the original Highlands shop, with an expanded menu. The pan-Asian menu consists of share plates, sushi, steamed buns, ramen, tsukemen, mazemen and entrees. Craft cocktails, sake, beer and small producer wines round out the offerings for a casual night out. We reserve a portion of our dining room for walk-in guests as well.
