We have a very long history with Tapas Barcelona with too many wonderful family memories to recount -- this evening no exception. Food quality never waivers, staff always friendly and attentive. When does a restaurant have some exceptional items on their menu for 30 years!?! The escargot, mussels, lamb chops, Queso de Cabra, bacon covered dates, garlic shrimp, pizza(!): YES!!!! If for nothing else, come for the Platano con Caramelo y Helado!!!

The Clove has delicious Indian and Nepali dishes with great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant also has live music several nights per week, but the music doesn’t interfere with conversations. We will definitely go there again.

Our server was most helpful in guiding us through options that were not too spicy. The food was excellent and the lettuce wraps a real winner! The “boat” is a do over for our next visit as well.

Gumrai Thai in Arlington Heights was such a pleasant surprise. I am not usually the biggest fan of Thai food, but everything here was delicious and I would definitely come back. We ordered the Pad Kee Mao, Basil Fried Rice, Panang Curry, and Thai Iced Tea. Every dish was super flavorful and fresh. We asked for everything spicy and it actually had a real kick which I loved. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and they checked on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying everything. The service made the experience even better and the food came out hot and fast. The restaurant is clean and comfortable and it has a cozy neighborhood feel. Prices were reasonable and the portions were great. I highly recommend trying this spot if you are in the area or if you love Thai food or spicy food.
