Prologue offered a great dining experience. My wife suffers from celiac disease and finding places to eat have been a huge struggle. Prologue took the gluten allergy serious and made her feel comfortable with their knowledge.

We are both big foodies and have watched this space as they were constructing. It's easy to drive past, but don't! We went 2 days after their open and Santa Maria did not disappoint. Santa Maria is a classic Latin Tapas, Seafood, and Oyster Bar. We went on a Friday evening and definetly were gald we made reservations. The decor is inviting, comfortable, & beautifully designed. The service was excellent and our server was well versed with the menu items. We ordered the Oysters Rockefeller as appetizer and it was outstanding. For entrees our order included the Sirloin Skirt Steak with Churrasco and grilled vegetables, as well as Salmon Chife. Both were outstanding! Some of the best salmon we've tasted & the sirloin was well sesoned & cooked to a perfect medium rare. Throughout the meal the staff was attentive and available, but not hovering. These folks did it right. We will definetly be back and give Santa Maria our highest recomendation.

My first experience at CT and it’s a new favorite at Trilith! Exceptional service and food! Dinks delicious. Excellent choice!
