I forgot how amazing this place is! My husband and I had a gift card so made reservations Thursday night at 6. We are bar people and noticed the bar was mostly empty so we let the hostess know we were going to just sit there instead. We were waited on immediately and had our drinks within seconds. Then ordered our food and it was out in 15 minutes! I had the grilled churrasco steak and my husband had the pork chops. Both were out of this world! The steak was a perfect medium rare and his pork chops were great and almost had a smoky flavor to them (has to be the sauce). I had one more glass of wine and we were paid and walking out the door at 6:38pm! Insane service! Shout out to Terrance who was slinging drinks at the service well as well as waiting on the bar patrons (not sure where the other bar tender went for about 20 mins). We will be back sooner than later!

Maldaner’s was wonderful. Food snd service was 5 star. Most impressive was that I requested a quiet table for 2 and they exceeded my expectations. We had a table in the corner and they never seated anyone near us all night. It was like a private dining experience.

Enjoyed this gem for an early dinner as we were traveling through Springfield. We enjoyed a curated cheese plate, flatbread, and a generous salad for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Food is always good. Service was great. We got there early so wasn't too busy yet. Father's Day and all-you-can-eat shrimp it got busy quick, but the servers did a great job.
