Es hat sich viel im Laufe der Jahre verändert, aber die Kernwerte sind dieselben geblieben. Für die preisgekrönten, selbst zubereiteten Mahlzeiten werden ausschließlich biologische Zutaten der Region verwendet. Das Irregardless ist ein Restaurant der gehobenen Klasse mit einer lockeren Atmosphäre. Es bietet frische Meeresfrüchte, Fleischgerichte, vegetarische und vegane Speisen sowie glutenfreie Menüs - immer zubereitet unter Berücksichtigung von Umweltbelangen. Wir haben auch einzigartige Weine und handwerklich gebraute Biere sowie Espressi, Cappuccini und 25 lose Tees auf der Karte. Jeden Abend wird Livemusik gespielt.
