Wow, wow, WOW! I’ve been to Bernadette’s three times now, and somehow, each visit amazes me even more. It truly gets better and better every time. As someone who is Métis and is diving deeper into the Indigenous community and my connection to the culture, seeing a fine-dining restaurant celebrate Indigenous culture and traditions in such a thoughtful way is incredibly beautiful and meaningful to me. I’ve been to a Michelin-starred restaurant before, and honestly, Bernadette’s is right up there — or very close to that level of experience. I absolutely love how they take the time to explain each dish and the connection it has to the culture. You can feel the thought, intention, and passion behind everything they do. They have taken this space and made it something truly, truly special. In my opinion, it is easily one of the best — if not the best — restaurants in Edmonton, both for the food and the overall experience. The service is amazing as well. Because it’s such a small and intimate space, everything feels incredibly intentional and personal, which makes the experience even more special. Keep up the incredible work, guys. You are doing SO, SO well. 🩵 🤍💙

I’d give Rita’s 6 stars if I could. What an excellent restaurant! I don’t often gush about a meal the way I did after eating at Rita’s. This place reminds me of the original Corso 32. It’s heavy on the pastas which is a great thing in my opinion. A huge selection of antipasti’s as well. We started with cocktails. I had a delicious, crisp, smooth martini and my wife had the primavera. She loved it. We got 2 appetizers - the first was the toast, ricotta, egg plant and pine nuts. Each bite was better than the last. The second was the shrimp. 7 huge perfectly cooked prawns in a beautiful sauce and an orange to squeeze instead of the traditional lemon. We devoured them, they were so good. And our 2 pastas were exactly what I was hoping they’d be. Perfectly handmade cooked pasta, amazing sauce and the braised short rib was delicious. The ravioli is another dish not to be missed. We finished with the chocolate mousse which was so decadent, a perfect end to the meal. Our only request would be to please add decaf coffee to the menu as it would have paired perfectly with the chocolate mousse. We were both really impressed with the service as well. Thoughtful waitress who made sure we were fully prepared for our next plate of food. I’m shocked some people gave this restaurant less than 5 stars. It deserves to be in the 4.7-4.9 range. This is high quality, do not hesitate to come, you will love it and will want to come again. We will be back for sure. I honestly think this is my new favorite restaurant. Daniel Costa doesn’t disappoint.

The ambiance at La Ronde is second to none. Definitely an unforgettable experience.

A two hour lunch; perfectly paired croquettes de canard et steak frites with a Bordeaux. Who could ask for more?! Food was exceptional. I totally recommend. Thank you The Marc.

As always we enjoyed a superb dinner! Soft scrambled eggs cacio e pepe and Fonduta agnolotti were the staples and we added the special “Italian soup dumplings” and the leeks for a delicious dinner. Everything was so flavourful and the textures were perfect. It was a memorable meal! Steph provided excellent service!
