The Lunch Lady Toronto is the next chapter in the remarkable story of Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Thanh — known around the world as "The Lunch Lady" — after her unforgettable appearance on Chef Anthony Bourdain’s "No Reservations". Her food, humble in origin but bold in flavour, moved Bourdain and went on to capture hearts across the globe. In 2020, we partnered with Mrs. Thanh to bring her vision of sharing Vietnamese cuisine with the world to life, beginning in Vancouver. The Lunch Lady Vancouver quickly became a beloved fixture, earning three consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand distinctions. Now, in Toronto, we carry her legacy forward. Our menu honours the cuisine that Mrs. Thanh perfected over decades, reimagined for the next generation while remaining true to where it all began. From the alleys of Saigon to the heart of Toronto, we are proud to offer a dining experience that is rooted in heritage, driven by innovation, and carried by the belief that a great meal can tell a powerful story.

At Quetzal, we celebrate regional Mexican cuisine, inspired by traditional flavours and cooking styles, all cooked over a 28 foot-long open fire that runs the span of the hot line.  Traditional moles, sauces and little-known native ingredients are transported to Toronto and infused with the bounty of local Ontario and Canadian produce, for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Quetzal is located at the corner of College & Bathurst, at the edges of four Toronto hotspot neighbourhoods: Little Italy, Kensington Market, Harbord Village, and the Annex. Quetzal has earned some of the industry’s highest honours, including ranking No. 7 on the 2026 North America’s Best Restaurants list, maintaining a One Michelin Star since the inaugural Toronto guide in 2022, and being named No. 4 on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants list in 2026.

Osteria Giulia sprung to life in our imaginations as a tribute to Italian traditions of the past. We wanted to create one simple, beautiful thing. Somewhere outside of your busy life, outside of your surroundings, outside of time. An environment, an experience, an entire evening. Osteria Giulia is intimate, warm and familiar. We’ve revelled in her every detail. We’ve established a rarified menu focusing on Northern Italian cuisine and delicate coastal, Mediterranean flavour. Giulia is a new imagining of what an Italian restaurant can be. It always was the place of our dreams, the reason for our collaboration, and the culmination of—and conduit for—our collective passion.
