Für die preisgekrönten, selbst zubereiteten Mahlzeiten werden ausschließlich biologische Zutaten der Region verwendet. Das Irregardless ist ein Restaurant der gehobenen Klasse mit einer lockeren Atmosphäre. Es bietet frische Meeresfrüchte, Fleischgerichte, vegetarische und vegane Speisen sowie glutenfreie Menüs - immer zubereitet unter Berücksichtigung von Umweltbelangen. Wir haben auch einzigartige Weine und handwerklich gebraute Biere sowie Espressi, Cappuccini und 25 lose Tees auf der Karte. Jeden Abend wird Livemusik gespielt. The building was established in 1907 and has formerly housed a funeral home and a bank (the restaurant's name is a hat tip to these former tenants).
