    We celebrated my mom's 60th birthday at Swing Wine Bar, and it was such a great night! The food, drinks, service, and view never disappoint. A huge shoutout to our server, Seth. We've had him the last three times we've come in for family celebrations, and he's seriously the best. He's so patient, friendly, and always makes us feel welcome (and trust me, not everyone is as easygoing as my mom 😂). He absolutely deserves the recognition! If you're visiting Olympia, grab a flight of local wines, order the cheese fondue, and if the weather's nice, sit outside for sunset. Swing is one of those places that always delivers, and we'll definitely be back!

    The food is always spot-on good. The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The kitchen is always ready to tailor prepare your dish as we like. The ambience and view is wonderful - very Northwest. It can get noisy when crowded, especially from large tables, but that happens at almost any large dining location. Finally, the management is first rate, treating both the customer and the staff as virtual family.

    Some restaurants sre at there absolute best, opening week. Westwater is going to grow to its best. One can sense commitment and financing for the long term. Menu is smart, wine list nice, and don’t miss the begniets. For dessert. Once a few rough edges get worn off this place is gonna be even better
