Eine authentische Raleigh-Erfahrung! Als das Irregardless 1975 eröffnet wurde, war es bekannt als ein Ort für Hippies und Vegetarier. In den 80er Jahren war es das erste Restaurant in NC, in dem Rauchen verboten war. Heute ist das Cafe der am längsten vom ursprünglichen Eigentümer geführte Gastronomiebetrieb in Raleigh. Es hat sich viel im Laufe der Jahre verändert, aber die Kernwerte sind dieselben geblieben. Für die preisgekrönten, selbst zubereiteten Mahlzeiten werden ausschließlich biologische Zutaten der Region verwendet. Das Irregardless ist ein Restaurant der gehobenen Klasse mit einer lockeren Atmosphäre. Es bietet frische Meeresfrüchte, Fleischgerichte, vegetarische und vegane Speisen sowie glutenfreie Menüs - immer zubereitet unter Berücksichtigung von Umweltbelangen. Wir haben auch einzigartige Weine und handwerklich gebraute Biere sowie Espressi, Cappuccini und 25 lose Tees auf der Karte. Jeden Abend wird Livemusik gespielt. Unsere zahlreichen, verschiedenartigen Musiker spielen alles, von Jazz bis Bluegrass. Diese Gruppen sind auf unserer Website aufgeführt. Am Samstagabend zum Tanzen spielen größere Gruppen. Das Irregardless Cafe ist der Ort, wo Freunde sich regelmäßig zum Essen treffen.
