    My wife and I enjoyed our second delicious meal at Wye Oak. We enjoyed the crab cake, tuna carpaccio and then swordfish and rockfish. We also shared the lemon meringue. All was delicious and Dan our server was very knowledgeable and attentive.

    Wednesdays currently at the Barn is $5 off any burger option. A band was playing down by the creek and was not loud enough to bother conversation on the lanai while we dined but was pleasant background noise. Our waitress, Aurora, was polite, attentive and well versed in upcoming events at the Allenberry.

    We always have a good time there. Good is always great with specials everyday except for summers when no Sat or Sun specials. Their prices are crazy cheap and quality is sooo goood!!! We love their thin crust brick oven pizza, sandwiches, and even hot entrees like prime rib cooked like you like it on Thursday nights with scalloped potatoes and broccoli. Burgers are on sale for like $12-14 on Mondays and Tues is select Pizzas for like $12 or 14 dollars. U can eat on bar side or casino side of bar too. Even their all beef hotdogs with or without chili cheese and onion or sauerkraut are worth the extra dollar. They have wraps there too and salads by side pocket & great desserts including brownies.

    The food was incredible. Started out with the filet tips and the saganaki. We had the filet and crab pasta for our entrees, both were cooked to perfection. It’s very dim and dark but the service and food made up for it. The only thing we didn’t like is the restaurant is attached to a banquet hall and it was extremely loud with live Mexican music. We were there for a romantic quiet dinner. I would definitely recommend but if you’re looking for a quiet evening, call first to see if there’s an event going on.
