Delicious food and excellent service. We had a reservation and were seated promptly.

We had an excellent dining experience at Interlude Kitchen & Bar. The food was outstanding, and each entrée arrived hot and beautifully prepared. Nothing was overly seasoned, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to really come through. Our waitress was attentive and took the time to explain the specials, which was a nice touch. The wait staff was consistently attentive without being intrusive. The ambiance is definitely high-end and stylish, although the dining room is quite open, which made it a little difficult to enjoy a truly intimate dinner. One suggestion would be to expand the selection of wines available by the glass. Overall though, they delivered a wonderful meal with excellent service and an inviting upscale atmosphere. I would definitely return.

Jaime our waiter was awesome, always treats us great. Food and drinks are always good specially weekend brunch. The atmosphere is always a family friendly. Thank you Jaime for great experience.
