   Always exceptional food and service as my parents and I are frequent customers. So lucky to live so close to the best Italian restaurant in Jersey!

   The food was all tasty and nicely presented. The pacing of our meal was very slow. We were seated at 5:45 and didn't finish until after 8, with no dessert.

   We ALWAYS enjoy our time at Lucas. Last evening was no exception. Our server Matt was, as always... attentive, friendly, and informative about the food. As he described the specials, we put the menus down. The Pork special was outstanding. I highly recommend this neighborhood gem.

   We had a great meal. Quality ingredients & prepared to perfection. Definitely a place for exceptional Italian cuisine. The pork chops (Berkshire) & veal dishes I recommend.

   I like everything about Luca's restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you're in a family atmosphere. The waiters are professional and very friendly. The food prices are worth it.

    I love this restaurant even though the prices can be a bit steep for some items at times but you do not mind the high prices when the food is exceptional. The ambiance is nothing special so the food and service is expected o be over the top. But, my meal from last night came out at room temperature which was very dissapointing and unacceptable when you are paying $52 for a Pasta Dish Special. There was only 1 server working last night but he obviously needed some assistance since our plates must have been sitting for a while before it was served to our table. I should have sent our food back but it was already 9PM and I didn't want to wait any longer since it was so late at night. Lesson learned...
